Chef Wang brings his expertise in Chinese cuisine to Blue Blossom, curating a menu that highlights the rich regional culinary traditions of China. His wife, Fang Fang, serves as the dim sum chef, crafting delicate and flavorful dim sum offerings that complement the main menu.
